design process

CT scan data can conveniently be uploaded to our online-system or sent to us according to your workflow. From this starting point we take care of the entire design process and provide you with an outline.

Design meeting with surgeons

To elaborate and understand detailed solicitations and make sure all parameters are streamlined, we offer personal design meetings with stakeholders.

Production and
rinsing

All implants are ‘made to measure’ by consent and upon specific request by the surgeon. The process is based on (CNC milling or 3D printing) state of the art manufacturing and independently undergoes ultrasonic rinsing for its finishing.

Speedy delivery

We aim to have the finished product forwarded to delivery within 72h after design approval.
